Saturday Chicken Results

The recipe made for some incredibly tender and tasty chicken.  After having cooked pork, beef, and chicken using the slow cooker, I think that I prefer using the slow cooker for beef.  The pork and chicken come out too tender and looking at it in the cooker, especially after "pulling" the pork, reminds me of rotted meat on a carcass that had been left out.
