I Serve Notice, Bite My Cookie

It seems that the "European Union" has something to say about the platform on which I write and how it affects their people,  To wit:

I hereby do confirm that I am aware of this notice.  However, I hereby give notice to anyone who views my site that you are wholly responsible for the actions of your own mind and machine while viewing my pages.  If you do not care for these terms, then go away.  If you care to pursue me, regardless, you have hereby been warned.
