For some reason, I can send SMS messages (text) but do not receive them. I searched the internet for someone having a similar problem in the hope that it had been resolved in a way that I could use to repair my problem. No such luck. It seems that the problem is hard to fix.
I have tried a number or remedies that have not resolved the trouble and I am now waiting for my cellular service provider to correct it.

Have you tried removing the battery and putting it back in? That worked for me with my last phone when it did that.
ReplyDeleteHello and thank you for the advice. Unfortunately, the battery is permanently affixed to the phone. I have exhausted all troubleshooting possibilities to the point that the service provider will furnish me with a new S.I.M. card and if that fails to correct the problem, a new phone.
