Kernel Panic

I wanted to watch a movie and so I booted up loki, a live-USB image running Fedora 21.  Considering the bandwidth, I figured that I would not use WiFi and so plugged an ethernet cable into the Targus device that runs my speakers, after all it was there and I never used it.  After three kernel-panics, I realized why I never used it.  So, I plugged the cable directly into my Sony machine that loki was running and preceded to my movie.
